mltrix LLC is an AI engineering practice based in Austin, Texas. This policy covers the website at mltrix.com. For anything in it, write to hello@mltrix.com.

This site runs no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of its own. The complete list of personal information it can involve:

• Booking details. If you book a call on our getting-started page, Cal.com processes the details you enter (name, email, chosen time, and anything you add) to schedule it. See the Cal.com privacy policy.
• Email. If you email us, we have what you sent.
• Hosting logs. The site is served by Google Firebase Hosting, which processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages.
• Fonts.Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers.
• Theme preference.Your light-or-dark choice is stored in your own browser's local storage and is never sent to us.

We use booking details and email to respond to you, schedule and hold conversations, and deliver work you ask for. Nothing else. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We keep correspondence and booking information only as long as it is useful to the working relationship. Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will.

Email hello@mltrix.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live, these may also be statutory rights; we honor them either way.

Consulting engagements involve their own data, obligations, and safeguards. Those are governed by the written agreements for each engagement, not by this website policy.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly expand what this site collects.
